Winemaker Notes
Nose: Mint predominates the first approach to this wine, then an earthy porcini essence followed by a deep plum character. Orange peel and white sage surround black berry and black cherry aromas. Palate: Aged balsamic mingles with baked flavors of black berries and dried plum. A long, clean finish ends with very fine and elegant tannins.

Best with moderate to heavy dishes - red meats, mushrooms, charcuterie.
